The three categories of macronutrients are carbohydrates, fats and protein. You can get the exact calories needed if you calculate these and provide us with the cooked weight of each ingredient. In our balance plan, there are 100g of protein, 100g carbohydrates (150g if potato) and 80g vegetables. Our muscle gain package has an extra 50g of protein in (150g) so please consider before requesting macro specific.

As we batch cook our food we weigh the cooked weights of the ingredient. This will mean that you will have to convert your macros into this format, as this is the information taken from the chefs when potting your meals. Once you have calculated these, we can pot this on a set of scales and help you achieve your fitness goals.
