DELIVERY INFORMATION

What areas of the UK do you deliver too?

We offer UK Wide Delivery

What days do you deliver?

If you live in Essex: Delivery is made once a week on Sunday anytime from 11 am through to the evening. If you live outside of Essex: Delivery is made once a week on Monday any time from 11 am through to the evening.

How much is delivery?

Your delivery fee for the week will be £7.50. This is to cover the box costs and DPD delivery. This will automatically be added to your order at checkout.

What happens if I’m not in when my delivery arrives?

If you're unable to take delivery of the meals parcel, they will be left at the safe place, noted on the online order form. The meals will be left in a refrigerated box with a food item sticker on the side.

What happens if my food is delivered on hot day and I am out?

Your food is delivered in refrigerated boxes and are food safe for 12-16 hours even in the warmer weather

How do I order?

When do I need to get my order in by?

All orders must be completed before 11pm (23:00) each Thursday to ensure delivery for the following week. We make two deliveries to ensure your food is fresh for the whole week. See our delivery page [here] for more details

Where do I place my promotional code?

When you place your order there will be an option to place your promotional code at checkout

How do I tell you who referred me?

Please put the name of the person who referred you in the comments at checkout

Can I amend my order after I have paid?

Please email enquiries@nutribox.mylivepreview.com with the order number and providing the order hasn’t been dispatched we should be able to help.

How often do you change your menu?

We change the menu every 6-8 weeks to keep it fresh and varied for customers

MEAL INFORMATION

How will I know what each meal contains?

Each meal will be labelled with what it contains. We can provide a macro of weights/calories if required but this is not currently on the labels themselves

What if I need macro’s for my meals?

What if I want no carbs in my meal?

If you select the “no carbs” option you will get a replacement box come up where you can select an additional vegetable

What if I want no Veg in my meal?

If you select the “no veg” option you will get a replacement box come up where you can select an additional carbohydrate

Can I freeze my meals?

If frozen on the day of delivery, the food will be fine for up to 30 days but needs to be consumed within 3 days of defrosting

Can I eat my meal cold?

All meals can be eaten cold, or reheated via a microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.

How long do the meals last?

Our meals are delivered fresh and which should be refrigerated and consumed within four days or frozen for future use. The meals can be eaten chilled from the fridge or hot by heating in a microwave.

Can I heat my meal in an oven?

Yes but please take the food out of the plastic container and put into an ovenproof dish first.

Do you cater for pescatarians, vegetarians and vegans?

We have a number of vegetarian and vegan options on our menu but you can also make a note of any requirements in the “special requirements” section on the order page. Please see our other pages for further information [link to specific pages]

What if I have a complaint?

Please email enquiries@nutribox.mylivepreview.com with your complaint and we will contact you within 48 hours to try to resolve any issues.

PRICE INFORMATION

How Much do I pay as a New Customer?

Each week we have an introductory new customer offer that you can take advantage of. Currently, it is 15% off your first order with us. You can enter the voucher code NEWCUSTOMEROFFER at checkout to redeem this offer. Orders must be placed by 10pm the Wednesday of the week you took the offer. Note: This code can only be used once per postcode.

How much are our meal plans after the Introductory offer has expired?

After your 1st week of meals with us the cost is based upon the number of meals per day/week you take:   BALANCE PLAN: 1-20 Meals per week is £5.50 per meal 20+ Meals per week is £4.75 per meal   MUSCLEGAIN PLAN: 1-20 Meals per week is £6.50 per meal 20+ Meals per week is £5.75 per meal

How much do monthly plans cost?

We offer 5% Discount over 4 weeks, 10% discount over 8 weeks and 12.5% discount over 12 weeks. Savings calculated will be very dependant on the number of meals, number of days and number of weeks you order meals from us. An example of savings would be between 5 and 10 % which could potentially save you up to £150 per month.    

Are the Additional Items included in the discounts?

Unfortunately, the additional items such as breakfasts, snacks and smoothies are not included in the meal plans and will have to be paid for additionally
